The majority of our project portfolio is in Palm Beach County, spanning Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Gulf Stream, Ocean Ridge, Highland Beach, and Palm Beach island. We know the county permitting process, the local subcontractor network, and the design preferences of buyers in this market.
Expanding South and North
We actively build in Parkland and Fort Lauderdale within Broward County, where large-lot custom homes and waterfront construction are growing segments. Our Broward clients benefit from the same direct management and licensed oversight we provide in Palm Beach County.
