121 SE 7th Street | Coastal Contemporary in Delray Beach, FL
These images are architectural renderings of the finished home. Construction is underway.
About This Project
121 SE 7th Street is a new four bedroom coastal contemporary home SouthShore Builders is building on a corner lot in Osceola Park, seven blocks south of Atlantic Avenue and a little over a mile from the beach. It is developed by Lockwood Real Estate Group and designed by Maurice Menasche, AIA, with about 3,644 square feet under air, five full baths and a powder room, a private office and an upstairs loft.
The first floor runs as one continuous room under twelve foot ceilings, from a coffered foyer past a floating glass railed stair into the kitchen, dining and great room, which slides open to the covered patio, outdoor kitchen and a 10 by 25 foot pool and spa. A guest suite sits on the opposite wing. Upstairs, the owner's suite has separate his and her baths and dressing closets, a wet bar and a private balcony at the corner of the house.
Behind the finishes: concrete block walls, a standing seam metal roof, impact glass throughout, two variable capacity AC systems, tankless gas water heaters, a generator ready electrical service and two EV charging circuits in the garage. Completion is expected in May 2027. The images on this page are renderings and plans.
