724 Lake Ave is a modern townhome in Delray Beach, completed in 2022. Lake Ave runs through one of Delray Beach's established east-side residential neighborhoods, with proximity to the Intracoastal and the city's coastal zone that shapes both the construction requirements and the design program. A modern townhome in this context means building for the environment as much as for the aesthetic: impact-resistant systems, elevated finished floors, durable exterior finishes that perform in the salt-air environment, and a site plan that takes advantage of prevailing breezes and outdoor living opportunities.

The construction scope at 724 Lake Ave covered the full range of a new build: civil coordination for the site, structural engineering to Palm Beach County's high-velocity wind zone standard, a complete MEP system designed for long-term performance in a humid coastal climate, and interior finishes selected for both quality and durability.
