958 Eve Street is a contemporary custom home in Delray Beach, completed in 2024. The aerial documentation from this project captures the home's position and site context from above — a perspective that reveals the relationship between the structure, the surrounding lots, and the Delray Beach residential fabric in a way ground-level photography cannot. Eve Street sits in a transitional zone between the established east Delray residential neighborhood and the newer development pushing north from the downtown core, and the contemporary design at 958 reads as an anchor for where the street is heading.
The contemporary program at 958 Eve Street — open great room, kitchen-to-outdoor-living connection, primary suite positioned for privacy and light, secondary bedrooms organized for family use — is the same core program SouthShore has refined across dozens of projects in East Delray and the surrounding market.
