What we build
Our principal, Chase Lamson, oversees every project in active construction, and we cap how many we run at once to keep it that way.
Custom homes
Ground up homes on your lot, with an itemized line by line budget before construction starts.
Additions
Second stories, guest suites and larger living space that match the existing house.
Renovations
Kitchens, primary suites and whole home renovations, managed from demolition to final finish.
Design build
One team from first sketch to keys, with real construction pricing while the plans are drawn.
